To insure the health and well being of all the pets at Aberglen we require the following from all guests.
for cats
no pets will be accepted for boarding without current proof of vaccination 2. All medications labeled including name of medication, your pet's name, your name, and instructions for administration 3. If bringing your pet's own food, each meal must be individually bagged and labeled with your pet's name. 4. All personal items clearly labeled with you name in permanent marker. No bedding will be accepted which cannot be washed in a standard washing machine. We are not responsible to damage to personal items caused by your pet. 5. All check-in and check-outs must occur when the business is open, during business hours. Pets will not be accepted or released outside business hours. If someone other than the owner will be picking up or dropping off your pet, we must have that person's name on record. 6. We accept the following forms of payment:
7. A 50% deposit is required upon check-in for all stays over 5 days. For Christmas/New Years holiday stays this deposit is required 14 days prior to the stay and is refundable only if cancellation is made 72 hours before the start of the stay. We regret that we cannot release any pet without payment.
